Message and N2O being injected at a metered rate specific to the jet size used for the N2O line and the fuel line. Relying on the ECU to be 'triggered' to start dumping more fuel is not the method of choice as it puts a huge demand on the fuel injectors of which usually aren't capable of handling the required fuel for the injected N2O, hence, you use a wetshot to get the fuel.
